Shipping Policy

We ship within Australia only. Parcels are tracked for security.

Parcels are sent via standard delivery to minimise cost to you.

Orders weighing are assessed by weight and destination. Obtain a shipping quote at the Shopping Cart.

Someone must be present to receive the parcel as it cannot be left unattended for security reasons. If nobody is there, a card is left to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery to the same address within business hours. We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are unable to sign for delivery at home.

Gross shipping weight is slightly more than the net weight of items. It includes the weight of the product's own packaging, plus packaging to securely pack the goods.

Dispatching and Payments:

Orders are dispatched from NSW and delivered on business days, usually during business hours.

One shipment is sent per shipping charge. If an out of stock item is expected within a week, dispatch is delayed until the item is available.

If an item is unavailable for over a week, we will give you the option to wait or receive a partial/full refund.

If a parcel is not collected, or there is no response to a redelivery message, the carrier returns the parcel to us. In this case, shipping is charged again to cover re-sending costs. Note that we send online tracking information to you via email with each order, so you are always able to keep track of parcels.

In rare cases, we may be unable to deliver large or heavy orders to some remote areas. Or a surcharge may be required. In these instances, a full refund can be made available.

Shipping communications:

CONFIRMATION EMAIL – sent when you place an order. It may be in your email’s ‘Junk’ folder, so please save sales@eco-camper.com to your address book.

TRACKING EMAIL – sent when your order is being dispatched. It includes a tracking number to help track shipment and delivery contact details.

DELIVERY – if nobody is present to receive the goods, a card is left asking you to contact the carrier for a re-delivery to the same address during business hours.
