MYCUBE Roof Top Tent

mycube® is a lightweight roof top tent with small footprint designed for virtually any size vehicle.

It is also designed for virtually any Roof Rack system.

It uses innovative composite honeycomb material and weighs less than 40 kgs as the basic roof top tent. Adding options will increase the weight to around 50kgs for most and to 60kgs as the Star System.

When fitted to a vehicle’s roof rack, mycube® has a footprint of 1135mm wide and one of the following:

No Deflector Shield: 1500mm long

Short Deflector Shield: 1670mm long

Large deflector Shield: 2070mm long

With an overall height of less than 35cm, it has an aerodynamic shape reducing the drag associated with bulky roof rack items.

The internal comfort sets a new standard in roof top tents. The bed is 138cm wide and 190cm long with extra space in the length. There is storage area for boots and other personal items separately to the bed area.

The unit has all weather access with virtually no chance of water getting in, even in a howling storm. The side windows have a patented external weather cover as well as the internal zip-up window cover.

The ladder is telescopic and integrates into the frame with adjustable legs.

What separates this roof top tent from ALL Others is the technology available for added comfort:

1. The high technology Aluminium honeycomb floor insulates the mattress and has a mill finish. This is far superior to the chinese plywood floor on other models.
2. The canvas is Australian made Generation 2 with a patented silver impregnated finish to reflect the heat. This is far superior to the non-breathable nylon in chinese imports.
3. The optional dual layer mattress with highest density foam base and the soft “pillow” foam on the top layer. This mattress is treated with antimicrobial protection for allergy free sleeping.
4. The di-electric membrane heater that will pre-heat the mattress to eliminate condensation and provide a cosy nights sleep. For continued heating in the cool desert, the optional energy pack and 7Ah battery will keep the heater running for hours.
5. The Tropical roof which adds another roof layer for added comfort. This is more than a "fly" that others offer. It is breathable canvas and typically reduces internal temperatures by 20%. It is in the patented silver finish for heat reflection as well.
6. The Carbonfree Lighting™ system with 4 switched LED lights, an onboard AGM battery and solar panel. The light over the ladder gives peace of mind for late night use. The overhead and reading lights give the pleasure of reading for hours at a time.
